The extension stores the following data locally in your browser only:
- Message timestamps (stored locally) to track rolling rate limit windows.
- Your selected subscription plan (Free/Pro/Max/Plus/Team) stored via Chrome sync storage.
What Is Never Collected
The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Conversation content or messages
- Personal information of any kind
- Browsing history
- Any data sent to Panda Tech Bytes servers or third-party servers
Permissions Explained
The extension requests the following Chrome permissions and only uses them as described:

Data Storage and Retention
All data is stored locally in Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync). No data is sent to Panda Tech Bytes or any external server.
Message timestamps are automatically purged once they fall outside the rolling rate-limit window (max 5 hours for Claude, 3 hours for ChatGPT, 24 hours for Gemini). Plan settings persist until you change or uninstall the extension.
Third-Party Services
The extension does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It does not communicate with any server outside of the AI platforms it monitors (Claude.ai, ChatGPT.com, Gemini.google.com), and even then, it only reads responses already sent to your browser.
Your Rights
Since no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. All locally stored data can be cleared by uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome's extension storage via chrome://settings/siteData.
